About this room

The Penthouse is one of our largest condos. and can sleep 6 to 8 guests. It combines a large ocean view room with high ceilings and a lagoon facing studio, and also has a large private rooftop terrace. The ocean view room is subdivided into a kitchen and dining area, and the living room/bedroom area typically has a king bed. All condos vary somewhat in amenities and decoration since they are privately owned. Some may have a sofa, a futon or an extra bed. All kitchens have a ceramic glass stovetop, or gas stove, microwave, frost free fridge, blender, toaster, or toaster oven, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Preparing some of your own snacks and light meals can save a lot on food costs during your vacation. The most recently remodeled penthouses have contemporary kitchens with granite topped counters and dining islands.

The lagoon facing bedroom typically has two double beds; some have a partial or an additional kitchenette. The rooftop terrace is THE place to watch Cancun’s spectacular sunsets, Tropical plants and out door terrace furniture, some with lounges and gas grills make this the perfect place to get together with your favorite drink and snacks or grill up some steaks or seafood for dinner.

Most penthouses have flat screen TV’s, DVC players, Sky satellite programming and wireless internet. The penthouse can be divided for rentals to accommodate couples that are looking for a special space and the romantic rooftop terrace.
