The penthouse is divided in three, one room(the smallest) with two double beds, a kitchennette and a bathroom, it has its own little terrace.The other room wich is upstairs isthe biggest, it has a king size bed, a kitchen with all the necesary stuff (fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker etc) and dinner table, a bathroom, sofa, and Tv, plus it has a little terrace too. And the third floor in which theres a private terrace, really big, with one of the most spectacular views youll be able to find in cancun, in one side you have the lagoon and on the other the ocean!!!(Air conditionated).

	The villa has a spectacular view because it is just steps away from the beach, It has a dinning area, with space for 8 persons, the villa itself is very big, perfect for the whole family.
